• APPOINTMENTS

    Until further notice, bookings are made by contacting Dr Kath via this website or connected social media pages. An upfront deposit of $60 is required to secure your appointment.

    • CONSULTATIONS

    Consultation appointments are complimentary appointments for you and Dr Kath to discuss the best treatment options for you. These appointments are 30 minutes, giving plenty of time for you to ask any questions you may have.

    • REFUSAL TO TREAT

    Dr Kath reserves the right to refuse any treatment which is deemed unsafe or not indicated.  Aesthetic treatments are not offered to anyone under the age of 18.

    Medical treatments (e.g. hyperhidrosis) are available to individuals under 18 with parental consent. 

    • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Appointments at DR KATH AESTHETICS are very limited.  For this reason, no cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of your booking.  Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the $60 booking fee.  Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule on short notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment is lost and clients on the wait-list miss the chance to receive treatment.

    However, Dr Kath understands events out of your control may contribute to the need to cancel. Please make contact as soon as possible so decisions around liable fees can be made on a case by case basis.

  • Your privacy is important and taken very seriously at DR KATH AESTHETICS.

    DR KATH AESTHETICS is bound by the 2020 Privacy Act and the Health Information Act 2020. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information obtained from the users of this site and to the services offered by DR KATH AESTHETICS.

    As per the New Zealand Health Retention of Information Regulations, DR KATH AESTHETICS will keep medical consultation notes for a minimum of 10 years

    When using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name and contact details. DR KATH AESTHETICS will not collect or monitor any personal information about an individual without their consent. Our site does not collect or store any sensitive personal information.

    1. Render client requested services

    DR KATH AESTHETICS will not send promotional materials without your consent. If you wish to stop receiving said materials, you may remove your name from our marketing database by email request to kath@drkathaesthetics.co.nz

These include, but are not limited to hosting, marketing, statistical analysis, and product/service development. Our Third Party associates may be provided access to your personal information, but only for the explicit purposes of providing their services to DR KATH AESTHETICS.

    Your personal information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, unless it is required by Law, or is necessary to protect the rights, property and/or safety of DR KATH AESTHETICS, its employees, or any member of the public.

    • TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

    Our site will use Google Analytics and may use other Third Party tracking, like cookies, to enable certain functions of the service, to provide analytics and for marketing purposes.
