Meet Dr Kath

Dr Kath is the face behind Dr Kath Aesthetics — a space where beauty is approached with intention, care, and quiet refinement. With years of experience in the medical industry, Kath is known for her warm, professional approach and commitment to safe, personalised treatments.

She believes intentional aging is not about resisting time—it’s about embracing it with care, awareness, and choice. Her work focuses on gentle, natural enhancements that honour each client’s individuality—nothing drastic, nothing artificial, just a return to feeling more like yourself.

Kath personally performs all procedures, ensuring a high level of continuity, safety, and connection. Guided by the principle that “the best injectable is undetectable,” her goal is not to change how you look, but to support how you feel — confident, well, and quietly radiant.

INTENTIONAL AGING

Subtle Beauty

  • WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CONSULTATION?

Dr Kath will go through the following during your consultation:

    • Discuss your aesthetic goals/concerns and relevant medical history

    • Undertake a facial assessment, including pre-treatment photos

    • Outline possible risks/complications and recommended treatment

    • Cost of treatment advised and informed consent obtained IF you are happy to proceed

    • Treatment or scheduling an appointment for treatment (if indicated)

Dr Kath reserves the right to decline any unsafe or not indicated treatment.

    PRE-TREATMENT TIPS:

    • Arrive with a clean face and no makeup on the treated area. Makeup will be removed, and a topical antiseptic will be applied before treatment to prevent infection.

    • Have a light meal and keep hydrated prior to treatment

    • Avoid taking blood-thinning medications and supplements for 48 hours before your appointment to reduce the risk of bruising.

    • Avoid alcohol at least 24hrs before your treatment

    KEEPING YOU SAFE

While wearing a mask is no longer mandatory for you, Dr. Kath continues to do so during all treatments. This measure minimises any potential risks, as she also works in a hospital and GP setting.
